Very thorough and great to work with. JR is not a fly-by agent. He's been doing real-estate for over 15 years and closes multiple homes throughout the year. He knows real estate contracts extremely well and the art of negotiating, but always puts the client needs first. We’ve worked with JR on 2 different occasions and has always been professional each time we talked. During the procurement and sell of a property, JR was always on top of the contract items and negotiating with buy/seller’s agent.
