Knowledgable, professional and PATIENT!
Dan is just great to work with. A really great guy. He has vast and long term knowledge of the Island’s real estate market, and as a career real estate agent is up to date on trends as well as market changes within the islands various plantations and areas. Case-in-point ... Dan had the patience to recently explore to market for a piece of real estate we sold. He was exceptionally patient as we decided, together, what was a reasonable price to ask. Not too high and certainly not too low. The property sold at list price .... in FOUR days. This is why Dan has been our family’s real estate agent on Hilton Head for the last 25 years. I do not hesitate to recommend Dan Jackson to either buy or sell property on Hilton Head or in the surrounding area.
