Natalie is AMAZING!!! She is very personable and very knowledgeable. She represented me as a seller and I thought she did an AWESOME job handling a VERY difficult buyer's agent. I would go to say she did 110% of the work for both parties and at times was helping the buyers in the transaction when their agent fell short. Natalie is the consummate professional. From first home tour to closing, every aspect of her profession is approached with a fine eye for detail. Further, her enthusiasm for her craft is unparalleled and she is so eager to help at every turn. She is a true joy to work with and have represent you whether it is a home search/purchase, or a home sale. In our situation, even after the home purchase closing, she is still following up with us to make sure we are tending to the little details and offering to assist wherever she can. Natalie was the best realtor we could have hoped for. We were first time home buyers and she walked us through the process from beginning to end and was very knowledgeable. Buying or selling a home is a scary, life-changing adventure. Luckily, we had Natalie for both of these processes and it was more akin to having a third person going through the adventure with you than just a realtor. Natalie was always there (even worked through her vacation) to make sure we found our dream home. During the buying process she coordinated everyone involved (lender, inspection, etc) and handled all bumps in the road with expertise. The best part, were these bumps were handled almost as fast as we even knew they existed. She also made the process of selling our previous home completely effortless outside of signing a form here and there. If you’re looking for someone to really be in the trenches with you and make sure your happiness is the top priority through the whole process, look no further. Natalie will have my recommendation for anyone that needs anything having to do with homes and it doesn’t hurt that she’s one of the nicest people we know. Please do yourself the biggest favor you can and use her for your life-changing experiences!
