Buying or selling a home is a scary, life-changing adventure. Well hopefully I can come close through this review for this 5 Star Realtor: I travel for a living and after looking for a new home for almost two years – I was frustrated with looking and with realtors! I had just dropped my most recent realtor, first part of 2019, when I met Natalie Diaz of Tolaris Realty Group, LLC at one of her open houses. It was her friendly, non-salesy demeanor that I first noticed. No pressure, “call me if I can help in any way” is all she said. She started sending me one or two listings she thought I’d be interested in and then asked if she could spend time with me to learn exactly what I wanted in a house. Before I knew it, Natalie was working for me and putting in the time and effort that I could not due to my work schedule. She would go look at the homes and set up showings for the weekends I was home. She was extremely patient! …It took a year to find the right house! She never pushed, she made me feel confident with my decisions….
