•My wife and I have purchased and sold many homes during our lifetime. We originally reached out to Byron Garber to see one of his listings in Satsuma, but he was able to schedule viewings of seven properties during our two day marathon. After much patience and answering numerous questions from him, we eventually narrowed our decision to a property in Interlachen which was our preferred location. Byron directly communicated with the seller and helped us negotiate verbally before crafting the final offer. We made the final contract approval at the end of January and Byron arranged for us to close on February 6th. The home was not in perfect condition, but thanks to the inspections we were satisfied that it was perfect for us. Byron advised us all along the way, let us talk, and offered his advice when we asked. I want to emphasize that he sought our opinion, answered our questions, but did not attempt to sway our decision. To us, that is a real estate agent who practices his job of serving the clients. Based on this transaction, these are the reasons why we believe Byron Garber is one of the best.
