I had A Great experience

BEST agent out there!

Jake was simply amazing! We couldn't have gone through this process if it wasn't because of him. We were currently living out of the country, and he went above and beyond to help us sell our house. He was able to sell our house fast and get us a GREAT offer. We appreciate his knowledge of the market, his negotiation skills, his experience and his professionalism. Highly recommend.

Yes…he was that good!

Jake was always aware what changes were going on in the housing market day by day. He communicated clearly what my choices were at every turn. He help me make the best decisions in wording our advertising and drawing attention to the sale. I felt confident throughout the entire experience that I’d chosen the right realtor. I even moved before the sale was completed and he handled it via phone and email… Great I’d recommend Jake anytime!
