We met Shaun after we moved into our home in Simi over 11 years ago as he was starting out. My husband had said he thought he was very nice and energetic. Shaun would text occasionally about open houses and information about how the housing market was doing over the years, and even just stop by to say hi. Shaun is an excellent agent. He has my respect for the amount of time he physically spent making sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. Shaun was always available for questions and extremely quick to respond in negotiations. He provided several options that saved us money in the long run during closing. He also went above and beyond to make sure we were happy from the time we made our offer, even after the close. Shaun did an amazing job finding the perfect first home for my boyfriend and I.
