I met her because I asked for recommendations on Facebook...my friend tagged her in the post, and right away, Holly messaged me and sent me a friend request. As a businessperson myself, I was very impressed with her quick response. I knew right away she was the kind of person I wanted to work with. She was by my side through the whole process, and I am proud to call her my friend as well as the agent I will recommend to everyone I know! It wasn’t just a business transaction. She truly cares about her clients, and it shows in everything she does. If I could give her more than five stars, I would. Without her expertise, I might be in a nice house right now, but I don’t believe I would be in my dream home. One month from offer to closing. There were moments I didn’t think it was going to happen, but Holly made sure that it did. She is the best! And she’s a great person to boot! You won’t be sorry if she is on your team!!!

From the start, Mike was very thorough. He followed up and if we had any questions, he answered them or got an answer quickly for us. He was patient with us (as we were very picky with the type of home we wanted) and was extremely honest. Phil and the whole Bellamy team did a wonderful job selling our home and helping us find our beautiful new home. My husband and I couldn't be happier with Phil and the Bellamy team. This was the first house we have sold and I fully believe Phil beautiful pictures of our home and guidance and advice along the way made it a smooth process. They were always quick to get back to us with anything we needed even after business hours. We were also very please with how hard they fought to get our new home to the price we wanted . I used Richard's services the first time back in 2007. He helped my kids and I find the perfect house in the perfect location. He was always available and made the process very easy. He was the easy choice when I remarried and bought a new house in 2016. He listened to what we were looking for and helped us find an amazing home and property. The house we purchased was only on the market a few days and had more than one offer on it. He even negotiated the purchase of a custom made dining room table and hutch that my wife loved in the house.
