Phil and the whole Bellamy team did a wonderful job selling our home and helping us find our beautiful new home. My husband and I couldn't be happier with Phil and the Bellamy team. We listed our house and had an offer within 24 hrs from first showing . This was the first house we have sold and I fully believe Phil beautiful pictures of our home and guidance and advice along the way made it a smooth process. They were always quick to get back to us with anything we needed even after business hours. We were also very please with how hard they fought to get our new home to the price we wanted . I could really tell they wanted us to get the best price possible and not just try to get a quick commission but really wanted what was best for me and my family.
