Lindsey Rich is a very involved broker. She is very approachable, is very friendly and very trustworthy. We liked her from the beginning, she can be funny which helps with a stressful adventure we decided to take. She would find places for us to look at and we would ask her to show ones we found online, which meant she and we went to many places and she was always there being positive and helping me to be that as well. We had our glitches, but in the end we found our home and received a wonderful house warming gift from Lindsey. Thank you for all your efforts. ??

Holly is very knowledgeable when it comes to buying or selling a house. She actually showed the house to our buyer when the buyer’s realtor wouldn’t travel from Tampa to Lakeland. She also made sure the closing happened on the day we needed it to occur when the buyers mortgage service/realtor began to stall. She got a closing agent to close for us on our new house and for our buyer. She worked hard and over time to make sure everything went through. We highly recommend Holly.

Holly was awesome to work with, we feel she’s like family now! We ran into some difficulties with the seller, but Holly worked hard to help us out all along the way. She is very knowledgeable about every step of selling and buying a house. We weren’t going to close in time, so Holly was able to help us find a new mortgage loan officer that worked very fast. She also had to help us with getting a plumber and handyman at the last minute. Overall Holly helped us to find a house we love and even though the experience, because of the seller, was a difficult and stressful one, Holly helped to ease the stress and really came through for us!

Holly was so professional and knowledgeable about all details that even the seller wasn’t even aware of. The closing process was so smooth and with a busy work schedule, she went out of her way to drive to my work if she needed any forms signed and took them to the title company herself.
