Above and beyond
When my family decided we were ready to start looking for our first home there was only one person I wanted to ask for help. Megan was amazing at not only helping us find homes within our budget but also getting us connected with lenders and anyone else we needed. She provided professional guidance through out the entire home buying process; even helping us find information on different programs for first time buyers that we were aware of. Megan’s expertise made the whole process from start to finish feel like a breeze and I recommend her every time someone even mentions looking for a home.

Positive, Go-Getting, Efficient!
Megan is the most positive, upbeat, personable realtor we could have ever imagined. Always punctual, quick, efficient and wasted absolutely no time getting things done. We sold with her and bought our new home with her. She helped make everything as smooth of a transition as possible in the chaos of the 2020 housing market. Megan Huber was wonderful to work with. I feel she did a fantastic job presenting our home. The pictures taken of the home were gorgeous and I had many people complement her on them. She was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. Any concerns or questions I had were addressed quickly. Megan was always willing to go the extra step to get things accomplished. We had contacted Megan early in our selling decision process, and I'm glad we did. She provided valuable resources and advice on how to prepare for and stage the sale. She had pictures taken of the property that portrayed both the interior and exterior of the house and yard very nicely for the listing. Throughout the sale, Megan remained in contact and was always available when we called.
