Janice had all the information I could ever want or need and went above and beyond with my ever changing schedule. Even after my offer was accepted she came out in a blizzard to show us the house again so my children had something to look forward to and that we were onto better things! She is truly one of a kind and the best around! Worked around my schedule in every way possible and made this the smoothest process ever and we love our new home! Janice met us at the house when the title transferred to hand us the keys and so she could see the looks on my kids faces when they unlocked the door!
