Alex listed our home for sale and did a phenomenal job, he made sure we got the highest price for the home, and was able to take care of all issues. When the hurricane was approaching, Alex was able to get someone over to put up the hurricane shutters in the night before, afterwards, our house was full of debris, missing, shingles and we were worried that it wasn’t going to close, Alex quickly was able to get a contractor out to repair the roof, as well as to clean up all of the debris everywhere to make the house look perfect for the new buyers! Through all of the hurdles, he was able to put us at ease, and make this process much smoother!

Alex became the realtor for the search and purchase of a home We eventually found a condominium on Palmer Ranch that was in my price range. My purchase was dependent upon the sale of my house which was already under contract. I am a single and 65 year old female. My biggest fear had come to fuission. My house was sold and I had no place to go/live. I had made sure that a clause was in my MLS agreement that required my realtor to make sure I had a place to go (buy) I was fearful of becoming homeless. He didn’t help me. It is a Seller’s market and we knew competition was stiff for purchases. And to add to that there were complications with my sale which was making it that much harder to find a place.
