Angela is excellent. My spouse and I are first time homebuyers, and she has seen us through the process of purchasing our new property with an intended closing date coming up this month. My work schedule is demanding, and she was able to accommodate and coordinate multiple viewings in the free blocks of time I had whenever I identified properties that seemed like good candidates. She asked thoughtful questions and very quickly grasped what was important to us, helping us to identify other properties that might be a good fit, and rule out those which were not. When it came to negotiations, she offered sound advice on making an offer, and then helped us navigate some hiccups post-inspection. She had great recommendations for other professionals including inspectors, escrow agents and insurance providers. She has made the process smooth and we are excited for our new house. Cody did a fantastic job selling my first house. Our growing family needed to do a sell and buy in a timely manor and Cody and his team knocked it out of the park. He had the best pictures of the house taken. We had 2000 views on line and 20-30 showings, and several full asking offers. We were able to get a cash buyer, the entire process was great.

This is my 3rd home purchase, so I’ve been through the process a couple times. Cody by far exceeded my expectations from the other 2 houses I’ve bought. Shastyn Romines had an open house that I dropped in on. She listened to me as I was viewing house. I left thinking that was fun and probably won't ever see her again. But to my amazement, not only did she stay in contact she found the perfect house for me within a week. Blew my mind. Attentive, concerned for my situation, respectful of my time. She was "on it". She was AVAILABLE. Beats my last realtor. Who texted only. And was to busy to help me.
