As an out of state buyer, Doreen’s patience, knowledgeable & advice were extremely helpful throughout the house buying process. We discussed my preferences and price targets, identified several houses of interest, she provided opinions on house condition & asking price, advised on market conditions, how to best structure offers to protect the buyer & yet still win. She acted as my eyes onsite when I was out of state, ultimately locating & viewing properties including the one I purchased. Her clear, consistent communication via phone, email, text, & video kept me informed every step of the way. I was so comfortable with Doreen that I made an offer without seeing the house in person based on her descriptions and videos she had taken. After closing, She’s kept in touch, going above and beyond to help with hurricane prep recommendations & provide next day reports of exterior damage after hurricane Milton. Highly recommended!!

I decided to finally buy in Pelican Cove on a Sunday and picked a 2 bedroom 2 bath. On Monday I decided not to contact the listing agent and picked Angela at random. She accommodated my time constraints by rearranging her schedule to show me the condo. I made an offer which was accepted on Tuesday. What impressed me about Angela is that she presented and performed her traditional agent’s presentation in a pleasant and relaxing manner. I interrupted her and said I don’t want to hear it because I rented these places (built 1979) while in college during the eighties. I was impressed again at how quickly Angela adapted to my buying style and pleasantly and expeditiously proceeded to ensure closing 22 days later. It would have been sooner but forces outside her control delayed the deal a couple days. Angela and her team had clear, concise verbal and written instructions for every form I had to sign and deadline I had to meet. I missed signing at one line and Angela volunteered to sign for me. I trusted her to take care of it and she saved me from having to do so myself. Thanks Angela! I highly recommend Angela Willner as a real estate agent and probably for a lot of jobs. I would have hired her in my field of IT. In not too many years she would be working in management and probably my boss. We got commended for turning people like Angela into upper management. She can think on her own, follow instructions, adapt, and then take care of business in a very nice and trouble free way. My buying experience with Angela can be summed up with two letters: EZ

Cody was there every step of the way when we purchased our new build house from viewing locations/builders, questions with documents and the builder/sales agent.
