We met with Alex on a whim to look at a house. He responded immediately, showed us the house and spend time with us to review his company and we hired him on the spot. We had to put our house on the market first before buying the bigger house. He didn't waste time, organized a crew to take pictures and videos of our home with a drone. Everything he did was well organized, fast and efficient. The house was on the market for about a month with thousands of viewings online and got sold with one open house during the Christmas holidays. Alex negotiated our new home as well and we completed all transactions in a timely manner. We are very happy with his representation, his professionalism and friendly demeanor.
