Ester was recommended to me as a realtor with extensive experience in evaluating just the right time and just the right price to sell a condominium. She lived up to this reputation. She scrutinizes the history of each relevant list prices and sale prices in specific areas in great detail from day to day - to produce a realistic list price for your condominium. She is careful not to list a condo at an unrealistically high price. But she is very skillful at generating offers at open houses based on specific information she is given by potential buyers. Ester is honest in giving each buyer information on how high an offer he or she would need to make for his or her bid to be chosen by her client, the seller. She is highly ethical in her relationship to her client, the seller. For example, Ester recommended that I accept the highest bid despite the fact that she herself would have profited much more if I had accepted the bid from a different buyer, whose buying agent she happened to be. Ester is extremely energetic and hard working and has a remarkable ability to process all the information that she gleans from studying the real estate market and the history of each property. These skills combine to make her an expert buyer and seller. She is a very savvy and formidably successful businesswoman.

Stephanie was outstanding, and if it weren't for her professionalism, knowledge, and hard work I am doubtful we could have stuck with the process to sell our home and find a new one. We had so much work to put our property on the market, and Stephanie was there to help us focus on the essential upgrades and prioritize tasks. She was right there for us. In the buying process, Stephanie was invaluable, previewing homes with us and helping us determine whether they were a good fit.
