First, the results: Tyler found us a home we could afford that had the cottagy New England atmosphere and aesthetic we wanted, that was in good repair, that was just minutes from family members, and that put us in a neighborhood we love. In some ways that was the least impressive part of the experience. It took eleven months from starting our search through to closing the purchase, and this was our fifth offer. For all five of those homes, Tyler's advice on pricing and offer conditions meant we were always among the top two or three potential buyers, which is insane considering that most of them had 30+ competing offers. Throughout the ordeal, we felt heard, seen, and advocated for. Tyler responded quickly even at odd hours, answered hundreds of questions about homes, home buying, home ownership, property pricing, came up with nontraditional strategies like checking in on recently de-listed properties, and leveraged dozens of relationships with other local real estate people to find other homes and more options. The bottom line is that between his incredible level of organization, quick and detailed communication, and prior experience working on homes, we felt we were in the best possible hands. Tyler's made our first home buying experience manageable, achievable, and often fun. We can't recommend him highly enough.

Qing immediately understood our needs and worked tirelessly to help us find and buy what we were looking for. What was critical was that Qing developed an excellent working relationship with the sellers agent and was able to provide us with excellent advice in making the eventual winning offer, even though there was stiff competition for the property. She always kept us informed at every step in the process. She especially went out of her way to get our deposit check to the right party when the first check got lost by a national overnight delivery service. Overall we were extremely pleased with Qing’s service and would highly recommend her.

To say Kevin is a good real estate agent would be an understatement!!! He’s the best of the best!! The amount of knowledge and guidance Ive received from him is second to none. Everyone who’s house shopping in 2023 can agree on how stressful the market could be, But having a agent like Kevin to remind you to keep faith and stay the course can really make a difference in your experience. Buying a home is hard but having a agent who has your best interest at heart makes it easy. Whether it was driving two hours to see a home, answering late night calls or putting an offer together for us on the day of.
