Kathleen was referred to us by a co-worker. Our very first phone call together was almost 2 hours long, and she went above and beyond explaining to my husband and I the process as first time home buyers. Kathleen would communicate so effectively through phone calls, texts, emails, etc. in REAL time - something that is so important when you are going through the home buying process for the first time.
