About Lori

Local Expertise You need someone who knows this area inside and out! I am an Ocala, Florida real estate agent who assists home buyers and sellers in all aspects of the real estate process in Ocala and throughout north central Florida. I am an experienced agent with strong negotiating skills and a passion for helping my customers succeed. When buying or selling a home, you need guidance from a real estate agent who knows the local market and has your best interests at heart. A home is an investment, but it is much more than that, it is quality of life. Negotiations are a big part of the real estate process, and it's an area where I excel. I know how to negotiate in a non-adversarial fashion, to keep things on track and to avoid unnecessary hassles and hurdles. My main goal as a real estate agent is to help you achieve your goals. Selling Your Home When it comes to selling a home, pricing and promotion are the two most important factors. They can put you on the path to a quicker sale. I help my listing customers price their homes effectively by analyzing local market trends, sale prices, and other data. I promote my clients' properties using all available channels, both online and off. I have the tools and knowledge to help you achieve your selling goals. Buying Your Home I help my home-buying customers narrow down the market to find homes that best meet their needs. I then analyze recent sales in the area to make sure the asking price is reasonable. I work closely with my customers through every step of the buying process, from house hunting to closing day. I can help make your next purchase a smooth one. Timing Is Everything Whether you are looking for a new home or thinking about selling your current home, call me today. I will put my expertise to work to provide you guidance and advice on what you need to know to make the best possible decision for your real estate needs.

Another sale!

I have retained Mary Beth Elliott for both the purchase and sale of homes several times over. Her experience with negotiating makes her invaluable on both sides of a real estate transaction. I have always been pleased with the final figures for the purchase and sale of my homes. Mary Beth also has numerous resources to draw upon for whatever might be needed to get a house ready to sell. I really appreciate Mary Beth's help while navigating the in's and out's of buying and selling a home!

Mary Beth Elliot is a superior agent, very astute real estate professional, and business women...

I have conducted multiple reat estate transactions with Mary Beth Elliot over the past 10 years. She is the perfect example/model of the ideal agent: thoroughly informed of her market and market segments; prompt and efficient when negotiating; able to offer very insightful short and long- term perspectives on real estate purchases; intentionally considerate of the needs and legal rights/expectations of all parties involved; generous when hosting open houses with her team; gracious in her social skills; and consummate when attending to the detailed preparations for contract closings. I highly recommend Mary Beth to clients with serious intentions and the same high ethical standards to which Mary Beth holds herself in all aspects of her life. Dr. Ted Anders, Ocala, Florida

Absolutely amazing!

Mary Beth has worked with my wife and I since we moved to Ocala in 2009. She helped us find a rental, purchase our first home as well as helped other friends and family buy homes. We are also going to have her rent and sell another home for us. Her experience and knowledge as a Realtor has helped us get the best price for every home we’ve rented or purchased. We can’t recommend Mary Beth enough for any of your real estate needs!

Fastest Sale Ever!

Thanks to Lori's pre-sale insight, my family was able to get our house prepared properly. In a market where comparable houses were on the market for 60 days, our house sold in one day! During the post-offer process, Lori kept us informed every step of the way.
