Diane and I communicated via voice, text, and email to get the rehab home sold, over market price, within weeks, after bringing the home to market. When we decided to relocate to the Ocala area I got a referral to Roberts and when the agent I was referred to was unavailable she had Diane get in contact with us. We could not be more pleased with how she handled our needs. Since we were coming from out of town and had limited windows Diane was able to quickly compile a varied list of homes that covered the range of properties and prices we were interested in. In this dynamic market (this was April - May of this year when properties were disappearing as fast as they were listed) she was extremely flexible and able to make sure we didn't waste time chasing after unsuitable locations although she did show us everything we wanted to see. Diane, Went above and beyond being a realtor in selling my mom’s condo. My mother passed away so her condo needed to be sold. I live in Iowa and mom’s property was in Florida.
