Lorena listened to us and what we were looking for. She did spend a lot of time with us, answering calls, concerns, what if's and 1000 other things we would ask of her. She is a joy to work with, never missed a beat in getting us answers and even more so put us in touch with a builder after seeing his model home and in 99 days we moved into a new home especially built for us on a lot of our choosing. Nichole was a great agent, she was very professional on a personal level and very respectful. We actually picked Katrina "by chance" and we came to know that it was in fact, "providential" for she did a fantastic job for us. She listed our house quickly and had a terrific photographer do a glorious 40 shot presentation. On the first day, we got 4 greater than asking price offers. We accepted what we thought to be the best, but they backed out on the day they were due to post their escrow. Undaunted, Katrina had us back on the market the next day and we had another set of 4 better than asking offers. This time we had a completely smooth, 30 day to close. At age 76, I'm not planning on that there's another sale/purchase in my future, but if that came about, Katrina will be my first call! I can't imagine using anyone else.

Paula was great! She really worked hard for our family. She was always available and kept the lines of communication open. She listened to what we needed and delivered every time. She answered every question I had and worked well with the other realtor. If there was an issue, she hard efficiently and effectively to fix it. The home buying process was extremely stressful but Paula made it easier to handle. I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home.
