A five star rating is not enough. JoAnne is a blessing and angel in disguise. I received royalty treatment throughout my home selling journey. She is professional, knowledgeable, genuine, patient, and trustworthy individual. Not to mention, a subject matter expert in the field of real estate. JoAnne went above and beyond her call of duty to ensure my home sold successfully. She has a heart of gold! The home needed several costly repairs and what should have been a painful experience turned out to be stress free due to her recommended cost effective advice. The service she provides is the epitome of selflessness. She worked tirelessly and provided outstanding end results. I am forever grateful to her and husband for all they've done for me. In addition, would like to take the opportunity to say thank you for helping my daughter with a challenging home selling experience few years prior. Experience really makes the difference. Chris took it upon herself to make sure I was taken care of. My experience was smooth, and even though the seller was not agreeable she navigated the process well and managed to negotiate our closing where others may not have. I would recommend her and look forward to her representing me for my next transaction.

Kelly Felon is and will be the only reason that me and my wife now own a house she is good at her job and even after we were sitting at the table signing papers she was still working not letting us sign papers until we had everything that we needed and to understand what was being signed and making sure we had all the reports that we needed before we signed. We were looking for our "forever home" in the Port Charlotte area. Didn't know exactly where, Port Charlotte? North Port? Punta Gorda? I had loose ideas as to what "my musts" were . . . a pool, tile floors, Zone X and knew what I did not want . . . on a major road, not something that would requires a lot of repair, not next to overgrown lot . . . Laurie was thorough in talking with us on a variety of other issues that never crossed our minds, helping us to find the right house. She listened and put together selections she thought we would like, based on our conversations, and she also followed through on leads we found. We visited many homes and her keen eye helped us notice the good and not-so-good with each visit. We wavered on two selections and she represented our interest way beyond what we expected. Then we found "the house". She helped us negotiate with the owners and helped us meet with them so we could discuss all the important things about the home that we needed to know once we would move in. She helped us navigate through unknown lingo on the contract and the home inspection report. She was always available for a phone call, any day and any time. Her calendar was always opened for us, at our convenience, to see another property. She was honest, and treated us like friends and not clients. Thank you Laurie, we are going to love it here!
