Sid went above and beyond to help with my long distance purchase. Where I couldn’t personally be and do Sid was there in my place.He was my ears and eyes. When I arrived with movers I was not disappointed in my purchase. Sid was true to his word. I found him to be honest, sincere and he consistently went beyond to help me in whatever I needed at the time. Simply the best!!! Laurie Goodwyne was meant to be my realtor, the world knew I needed someone patient, kind, dedicated & willing to go above and beyond. To buy my very first home & it being new construction, it was a very exciting, yet an overwhelming time. There were some hurdles along the way due to the seller, but Laurie never gave up on me or the house. There are definitely people out there in the world that look at customers as just dollar signs, Laurie is not one of those people. She loves her job, she truly wants the buyer to be happy & it made this experience one I will forever remember, in a good way. Never did I feel alone during this process, I knew I could count on her day or night. She listened to what I wanted, she didn’t push me in one direction or the other, she helped me make this house mine. We can not thank Don Bauer enough for all of the knowledge and assistance he provided us! As first time home buyers, we went into this process with a lot of questions. Don met with us virtually and introduced the entire process with us; was professional, kind, and always responded to us in a timely manner. He was available when we needed him and worked with our busy schedules. After seeing homes, he always reached out to us about our thoughts and offered his guidance. He worked hard and efficiently for us to get the home we wanted. Even after moving in, Don helped us with questions we had about the home and checked in on us.
