I found Ricardo off of Realtor.com. At first I was very hesitate in choosing him because he wasn't referred to me. I knew little about him. As our business relationship progress. Ricardo knew the type of home I was looking for. He knew whether or not I would like a window, all the way down to whether or not the yard and parking was suitable for me. Ricardo was very patience with me because during some of the time searching for a home, I experienced a tragic loss of my sister. He was there with me on my best and worst days. I feel this home sale was a learning tool for both myself and Ricardo. He was very knowledgeable not only with the purchasing of the property but other insurance and programs outside the purchase. I didn't feel pressure on my decision making, I basically ran the show. If you need assistance in purchasing a new home, Ricardo is your guy. I will recommend him hands down!!
