Randall knows his stuff. He gave immediate responses to all of our questions and "tactfully" let us know when he thought we were going in the wrong direction. We were looking at a long distance purchase and felt confident he was on our side. Not being from the Florida area, we were pretty green as to how the real-estate market worked, not to mention the extreme market fluctuations in price and inventory. Randall helped us gently through that confusing time. If we were going to buy another house in Florida or had a friend that needed to move we would recommend him without a doubt.

I found Ricardo off of Realtor.com. At first I was very hesitate in choosing him because he wasn't referred to me. I knew little about him. As our business relationship progress. Ricardo knew the type of home I was looking for. He knew whether or not I would like a window, all the way down to whether or not the yard and parking was suitable for me. Ricardo was very patience with me because during some of the time searching for a home, I experienced a tragic loss of my sister. He was there with me on my best and worst days. I feel this home sale was a learning tool for both myself and Ricardo. He was very knowledgeable not only with the purchasing of the property but other insurance and programs outside the purchase. I didn't feel pressure on my decision making, I basically ran the show. If you need assistance in purchasing a new home, Ricardo is your guy. I will recommend him hands down!!

Lily McMahon was a BEYOND exceptional realtor! I work as a realtor in another state and so my expectations were high. I wanted an agent that would work the way I work and she did not disappoint. She was not only kind and patient through the entire process but she took the time to fully explain every step of Florida's real estate laws. She helped determine the best course of strategy for this market to ensure I was able to secure the home I wanted and constantly kept me in the loop for any changes and updates. The process was hectic at times and she remained calm and helped calm my nerves as well. I can say that compared to the person I initially worked with, it was like going from night to day. I came out of a terrible experience as a first time home buyer to working with Lily and having a fantastic home buying experience. I would recommend her to everyone I know purchasing in the Largo/St Pete/ Clearwater area. She takes the time to make sure that when she is with you she is only focused on your experience. 10/10 and I would work with her for all my future home buying/selling needs in the state of Florida and if I have family or friends move here I would recommend her to them.
