I called John after I found his information on a website. He listened to what I wanted, found several possibilities, and let me choose however many I wanted to see. Since I was from out of state, we did zoom house tours, where I did my initial evaluations virtually. I could ask questions, and he told me what he saw. He also saw things I didn't notice, which was nice. Having an experienced realtor that knows what they are doing is definitely a benefit when doing things virtually. He kept in contact with me throughout the entire home buying process, which was nice not having a realtor that stops their services once the offer is accepted. Since I was out of state, he also provided me several mortgage companies to choose from, and was there with the home inspectors so I could be on zoom and hear what they were finding with the property. He went way above and beyond for us in our house buying journey.

I can’t say enough about John’s work ethic pre-sale and after the close. I was new to the area when I started my search. He was patient and stayed on top of things throughout the closing process. He even had a preferred list of potential vendors I called on for painting, repairs, cleaning, etc… In fact, one he met for me when I couldn’t get into town to let in for estimates and face timed me so I could explain to the contractor my needs. Exceptional service and should get a 10 star rating!

All around everything I could've hoped for and more showed the perfect houses and helped a lot in every aspect
