Super Agent with Super Powers
Kelly was extremely responsive and professional. She went above and beyond and was extremely patient as I pulled out of 2 deals and closed on a third. She recommended contractors who were superior and did great work. She was working with the Contractors on a site visit when I could not make it to the property.

Super Realtor!
My husband and I recently moved to the area, and as anyone who has had to deal with uprooting your entire life, selling a home and buying a new home at the same time can tell you, this is an incredibly stressful process! We didn’t even know where to begin! Finding the right realtor can be quite labor intensive, and with all the plates we had spinning (selling our home, and selling our business at the same time), we needed someone we could trust. And as fate would have it, super realtor, Lorena Carter responded to an inquiry I made, and I liked her instantly. She is incredibly friendly, professional, and hardworking, but not pushy in any way--the way a lot of realtors tend to be. Lorena stuck with us every step of the way, not only while finding our home in Ocala, but also when our own buyer for the house we were selling originally fell through. She put together an efficient list of homes, taking special care to make sure every detail on our list was thoroughly checked. And we sure were picky! She quickly found us our dream home and helped us negotiate the right price. Even after we closed, Lorena continued to be there for us anytime that we needed her. Despite having numerous clients, she always made us feel like we were her top priority. We can’t say enough good things about Lorena Carter. She is a joy to work with, and an absolute gem of a realtor. We highly, HIGHLY recommend her!

Joy to work with.
We met Kathy through a friend. We started looking at properties on a Wednesday and found “the one” by Friday. She was able to answer many questions and if she didn’t know she was able to find the answer for us. She was available at any time through out the purchasing process. She is very knowledgeable about properties in the area and very easy to work with. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for property in the area.
