Besides stellar understanding of the market and above average customer service and communication skills, Kathy's friendliness and patience with us as we navigated finding a condo was beyond measure. She was always there and responsive when we wanted her to look at a condo for us from Michigan. When we were in the area, she always made time to show us a property. Most realtors would have given up on us, and that's what I appreciated more than anything. She never applied pressure or seemed disinterested in our hunt for a property. She's our realtor now and in the future if and when we decide to list Andover in the future.
