Great communication! Repeat client

This is the second time I've had Steve Richards as my realtor for selling my home in New Orleans. There was no question in my mind about who I would reach out to 10 years after the first sale. Steve has great knowledge about the New Orleans market, neighborhood development, and what clients are looking for. He is deeply connected in the city, and works in tandem with other agents and agencies in the community. At one point, I entrusted him in looking for a home while I was 2000 miles away. Best realtor I have ever worked with

Reena sold a condo for me in New Orleans. It sold the first weekend but the deal did not survive home inspection. She did not get discouraged, she regrouped and resumed with the same enthusiasm. After six months of frequent showings, we finally made the sale. Reena remained positive and upbeat throughout the ordeal. She was always professional but more importantly, she was always kind and attentive. She never failed to answer a call or return a text promptly. When I return to the city, I would not never consider any other realtor. Reena is the best.
