Carissa’s knowledge & expertise was so helpful in the sale of my parent’s house. After the death of my father & my mom’s progressing dementia my sisters & I had a BIG job to clean out the house, get it staged & listed to sell. Carissa was so helpful in all aspects & had many resources/connections along the way (hauling & removal expert, plumber, stager, etc).
