About Chris

I was born and raised in Vancouver, BC and moved to Washington State in 2007 when my wife was accepted into graduate school at the University of Washington. I recognize and value the trust my clients place in me and strive to exceed their expectations. My commitment to work hard, listen well, communicate clearly and follow through are just a few of the ways that I deliver excellent customer service and a positive real-estate experience for my clients. I enjoy helping clients achieve their real-estate goals, and by being a trustworthy teammate in the process, I am able to build lasting relationships along the way. With an investment background, I have extensive knowledge in property speculation, development and all aspects of rental/investment properties. In my spare time enjoy travelling and spending time with my wife and three children.

Working with Chris made selling our home as easy and low-stress as possible. Chris truly went above and beyond, got everything done in a timely manner, and was communicative throughout the entire process. We will have sold our home & relocated a few hundred miles and purchased a new place in under 2 months and could not have done it without him!
