We’ve worked with a number of different realtors over the years, and we thought they were all fine, BUT Ronda dramatically stands out among the crowd. Not that we had bad experiences with the other ones…but wow, Ronda is an incredible realtor. She is ON TOP of things. She gets things done before you blink. She is extremely skilled & knowledgeable. She knows how to help you as both a buyer & a seller in this market like a pro. She has the most amazing work ethic, and keeps it there from start to finish. She helped us navigate bumps with skill & grace. On top of that, she is patient & a delight to work with, and someone that’s great to have on your side making both the highs and lows of the home buying & selling processes so much better. She helped us when we were looking & learning the market, but ended up not ready to buy at the time. She was always eager to help when, over time, we called just to look at something now & then. She was proactive in helping us find things we were interested in, but never felt pushy & was chill if we were taking a break, short or long. She never wrote us off as “not serious & not worth my time.” She was always there 100%. A number of years after first meeting Ronda, we were finally ready to do more serious looking…and she knew how to help us in the extremely competitive market, and was ON TOP of things. She helped connect us with other people when helpful, such as specific loan officers, etc., who were also gems among the crowd that went above & beyond. So, when we finally found THE PERFECT home for us, despite the competitive market, we ended up with the home of our dreams, for a *good price*! There was no question that we would use Ronda to sell our old home, and again, she went FAR above & beyond. Couldn’t. Be. Happier. She is now both our realtor for life & considered a friend.

Ronda is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to get to know you and your tastes, needs and wants when looking for a new home. Whenever you need a question answered about pretty much anything regarding homes on the market or even financial information she is there for you seven days a week, including after hours. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the Bellingham and surrounding areas.
