In 2016 Keith helped me in the pricing of a parcel of land. He did not get involved with the sale but I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and reasoning. Later I referred him to a friend who was selling her house. She could not speak highly enough about Keith's handling of the sale. We recently sold our condo in Fairhaven to a rather picky buyer. Keith handled the client and the client's broker by taking on all their concerns with immediate action, which alleviated us of much stress during the negotiations and sale.. My wife and I could not recommend a more personable and competent broker.

I moved to the area and Carissa's experience and willingness to help out in all aspects of this transition has never been matched by any other realtor I have dealt with. I really appreciated her not pushing her thoughts, likes and dislikes on me unless I asked for her opinion. She was never in a hurry to get the sale locked up and was even willing to show other homes to help allay any doubts I may have had. Her dedication and very thoughtful mind took this through to closing with no mishaps or mistakes on her part.
