We had two choices to make when my husband was told that his company was being relocated to this area, stay were we have lived for 16 years or relocate. I started doing searches of the Ferndale area and connected with Ronda Karn. She stuck with us even though we were not certain if we were going to relocate or not never pressuring us to make a decision. Ronda took the time to research the schools my kids would attend, and provided us with important dates to know such as school registration dates. We never asked for this , but she did it anyways, its like she knew we had a lot of decisions to make about moving and offered relief that this was one less thing to worry about. We spoke as often as I wanted too. Ronda knew exactly what we wanted and expected and got it done for us even being 5 hours away from the area.
