In 2016 Keith helped me in the pricing of a parcel of land. He did not get involved with the sale but I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and reasoning. Later I referred him to a friend who was selling her house. She could not speak highly enough about Keith's handling of the sale. We recently sold our condo in Fairhaven to a rather picky buyer.
