Sy was amazing from the very beginning! As a first time home buyer, I was of course very nervous to be making this big commitment. I met with Syed and from the start he listened to all my wants/needs in a home and made sure I was set up with the best loan officers to help me. He made some suggestions and the loan officer I worked with was also incredible, which showed me Syed good judge of character, making me that much more comfortable with my home buying journey. Syed was always more than patient and accommodating, whether it was showings, meetings, getting paperwork signed from me, etc.. Syed went above and beyond to help me get the home I dreamed. He NEVER pressured me or rushed me into anything. He communicated very well and made sure I understood everything before going forward. I've already recommended Syed to those I know looking to buy a home/property and I will continue to do so. Bottom line is, if there is any real estate agent to with that you can trust and expect above and beyond service, go with Syed.

We highl, highly recommend Ronda Karn to meet and exceed all of your realty needs! We purchased a single family home in August 2018 (literally a few days ago). We had two choices to make when my husband was told that his company was being relocated to this area, stay were we have lived for 16 years or relocate. I started doing searches of the Ferndale area and connected with Ronda Karn. She stuck with us even though we were not certain if we were going to relocate or not never pressuring us to make a decision. Ronda took the time to research the schools my kids would attend, and provided us with important dates to know such as school registration dates. We never asked for this , but she did it anyways, its like she knew we had a lot of decisions to make about moving and offered relief that this was one less thing to worry about. We spoke as often as I wanted too. Ronda knew exactly what we wanted and expected and got it done for us even being 5 hours away from the area. Carissa is a genuinely friendly person who has deep knowledge of the area around Bellingham. I needed to find a good home quickly and was able to do so thanks to Carissa's help. She thoroughly researched all of the homes that we looked at. Because of her knowledge and planning, we were able to look at 11 homes in Bellingham, Mt. Vernon, Lynden and Ferndale in two days.
