Shanda helped us identify and purchase an investment property. As out of town investors, we needed someone who could do initial screening of properties for us and then show us properties remotely. She was extremely responsive to our questions and very detail oriented. She listened carefully to what was important to us to identify homes that met our criteria. Through her connections, she also helped us find a local loan agent and property manager. We would use Shanda again for future investments.
