We had a wonderful and successful experience with Shanda.  We connected to her through the Zillow app because we were interested in a listed home.  Since we were out of state Shanda ran over and did a video tour of the home which was very helpful.  When we came to tour homes in person Shanda set up a great schedule that allowed us to see every home which we were interested in and provided great local knowledge about the neighborhoods.  When the time came to make an offer she helped us navigate the entire process from contract to closing and was invaluable in the process.  We would recommend her to any of our friends and family looking to buy a home in the area.

I have worked with Shanda on several occasions, and she is the BEST! She responds to all of my questions right away and gives me detailed answers and suggestions. I never feel any pressure from her - it’s like working with a friend, which she has become. I am from Michigan and she is a 12 hour drive away but when I work with her, it feels as if we are in the same area! I bought a house with her help, yet I never physically went through it. I was sent all the information I needed, and Shanda arranged and led a FaceTime tour, going through every room, pointing out all the features of the house. I was also able to talk with the owners. This house was a fixer upper and she was able to help me set up appointments with contractors and companies in the area that I needed to call. Before buying this home (which is almost finished), Shanda showed me other houses, and even though they weren’t quite right for me in the end, she constantly kept me informed of new ones as they came up and motivated me to keep searching for my dream house!! I highly recommend Shanda! She gives 150% every day at her job, and she cares so much about making her clients happy and informed.

We decided to move to the Clayton, NC from Dayton, TN to be closer to our son and granddaughter. Maya was recommenced to us by our daughter in-law in sister who knew Maya when she lived in Florida. From the moment we met her she treated us like family. She took her time to listen what we wanted in a home and neighborhood. Then she went out and found our dream home. When our 1st buyer back in Tennessee backed out of the deal to purchase our home, we thought we had lost our dream home in Clayton. But, Maya did not give up, she contacted the home builder and explain our predicament, and they agree to hold our home until we found another buyer. It took us another month to find a buyer and close the deal in Tennessee, but Maya kept the home builder and mortgage lender up to date each week on our progress. Without her commitment to us we would have lost our dream home.
