Fun fact: I have more debits to my bank account for Dunkin Donuts than any other place. I like coffee and I have to keep moving! I am a driven and determined individual. My name is Alex Schafers. I have lived in the Cincinnati area my whole life and plan on staying! I have a lot of pride in what I do and look forward to servicing Cincinnati for many more years. I graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2016 where I received a degree in education. During my Junior year of college, I decided to get my real estate license and I started selling real estate at just 20 years old. I quickly fell in love with the business. After graduating, I knew I belonged in real estate and I started to do real estate full time. So far in my career, I have sold over 400 homes and I am excited to help all my future clients. Excellent friendly and always helpful she got back to me in a timely manner was a fast easy sail
Susan was on top of things answered all my questions in a timely. My hours was under contract within 12 hours Susan was able and always there to answer any questions or concerns. Even took time to investigate some small obstacles. Susan made my first house I have sold a nice experience. Susan showed true empathy when I broke down knowing I was selling my 30 first home. I have recommended he to others. It was a pleasure to work with such a compassionate realtor that was with me every step of the way.

Susan was amazing!! As first time home buyers, we sought out realtor recommendations from family and friends, and are very happy with our experience with Susan. She's very communicative, quick to respond, and kept us on track to ensure everything was done on time throughout the process. She told us from the start that her goal was to help us find the right home, and this absolutely matched our experience. She didn't push us beyond our guidelines or price range, and when we hit a big snag under contract, she was honest in recommending we keep looking for a better fit. After we went under contract on our home, the seller's agent had a health emergency that led to a breakdown in communication during a critical period with tight timelines. Susan jumped in and helped to quickly work through the issues we encountered and worked with the seller's agency to ensure our contract was prioritized.I can't recommend Susan enough. We'll be recommending her to anyone needing an agent!!!

Susan was an expert on marketing and selling my home
Susan was an expert on marketing and selling my home. It was a unique, expensive property and she knew just what was needed to attract the right person to purchase it. She was always available, responding promptly by text or phone call if needed if I had a question or had to update her on an issue with the property. This is the second time I have used her services and couldn’t be more pleased.

We recently completed a home purchase with Danielle. She gave us regular process updates, helped coordinate the mortgage and loan process (which was not playing well together), updated us on the condition of the home during bouts of bad weather (was there water in the basement), gave me recommendations on local businesses since we were new to the area (hair and nails), and was always available when we had questions. She is professional, warm, and proactive, and a delight to work with.
