We recently completed a home purchase with Danielle. She gave us regular process updates, helped coordinate the mortgage and loan process (which was not playing well together), updated us on the condition of the home during bouts of bad weather (was there water in the basement), gave me recommendations on local businesses since we were new to the area (hair and nails), and was always available when we had questions. She is professional, warm, and proactive, and a delight to work with.
