Susan was on top of things answered all my questions in a timely. My hours was under contract within 12 hours Susan was able and always there to answer any questions or concerns. Even took time to investigate some small obstacles. Susan made my first house I have sold a nice experience. Susan showed true empathy when I broke down knowing I was selling my 30 first home. Susan was amazing!! As first time home buyers, we sought out realtor recommendations from family and friends, and are very happy with our experience with Susan. She's very communicative, quick to respond, and kept us on track to ensure everything was done on time throughout the process. She told us from the start that her goal was to help us find the right home, and this absolutely matched our experience. She didn't push us beyond our guidelines or price range, and when we hit a big snag under contract, she was honest in recommending we keep looking for a better fit. After we went under contract on our home, the seller's agent had a health emergency that led to a breakdown in communication during a critical period with tight timelines. Susan jumped in and helped to quickly work through the issues we encountered and worked with the seller's agency to ensure our contract was prioritized.I can't recommend Susan enough. During every showing, Susan was looking for and pointing out the things that I wouldn't have seen otherwise. My eyes were looking at the size of the rooms and the all the fun things.
