Nikki has so much patience! She helped us find a home to be near our adult kids. She was incredibly kind, never ever pushy or rude, always professional and so friendly. She very kind in working with our last minute requests on weekends to see homes while we were in the area visiting our family. She was fast to respond to any questions we had and was on top of things throughout the entire escrow. We never had to worry about if things were getting done, Nikki was seeing it through 100%. She responded to our messages day and night, weekday and weekends. She helped us with an offer to the seller that was fair for all parties involved and was accepted by the seller. She was able to help us understand the value of the home, compared to the listing price, to help us come up with our offer. We are very happy that she was able to get that deal done for us! We will be using Nikki for our next property as well. We have dealt with many agents, but Nikki by far is the one we liked the best. We never felt pressured from her to make a decision. She was very patient with us. 10/10 stars for Nikki!

Cindy was always ready and willing to show us any properties we found. She kept us informed during the process and was pleasant to work with. 2024 was a very stressful year anyway, and then we decided to sell our house. We were blessed to find Cyndi for our realtor. Her personality drew us to her, and then we benefited so much from her expertise. She communicated with us almost daily, explaining how all the various real estate procedures, rules and laws applied to us selling our home. She sold our house the day after our first open house for more than asking price. When that deal fell out of escrow due to the buyers inability to completely fund it, she sold our house again within the same week of our 2nd open house, again for more money than the previous offer. Throughout the entire time from listing to close of escrow, Cyndi was very confident and consistently assured us our house would sell. She also handled our purchase of our new home in the same competent manner. We very highly recommend Cynthia San Diego to you to handle the sale of your current home and/or the purchase of a new home.
