Nikki has so much patience! She helped us find a home to be near our adult kids. She was incredibly kind, never ever pushy or rude, always professional and so friendly. She very kind in working with our last minute requests on weekends to see homes while we were in the area visiting our family. She was fast to respond to any questions we had and was on top of things throughout the entire escrow. We never had to worry about if things were getting done, Nikki was seeing it through 100%. She responded to our messages day and night, weekday and weekends. She helped us with an offer to the seller that was fair for all parties involved and was accepted by the seller. She was able to help us understand the value of the home, compared to the listing price, to help us come up with our offer. We are very happy that she was able to get that deal done for us! We will be using Nikki for our next property as well. We have dealt with many agents, but Nikki by far is the one we liked the best. We never felt pressured from her to make a decision. She was very patient with us. 10/10 stars for Nikki!

Nikki was recommended to us and now we are recommending her to you. She responds to questions in a timely manner. She is friendly. She knows the area. She listened to our "wants" and showed us several properties that ticked those boxes. She helped us talk out pros and cons of properties. She is a welcome and unique mix of professional and personable. She found us a lovely home. The closing was seamless. Thank you, Nikki!

Cindy was always ready and willing to show us any properties we found. She kept us informed during the process and was pleasant to work with. At the time her inexperience with a manufactured home in an age restricted park was evident but she was willing to take advice and correct any issues. I would recommend Cindy to future buyers.

2024 was a very stressful year anyway, and then we decided to sell our house. We were blessed to find Cyndi for our realtor. Her personality drew us to her, and then we benefited so much from her expertise. She communicated with us almost daily, explaining how all the various real estate procedures, rules and laws applied to us selling our home. She sold our house the day after our first open house for more than asking price. When that deal fell out of escrow due to the buyers inability to completely fund it, she sold our house again within the same week of our 2nd open house, again for more money than the previous offer. Throughout the entire time from listing to close of escrow, Cyndi was very confident and consistently assured us our house would sell. She also handled our purchase of our new home in the same competent manner. We very highly recommend Cynthia San Diego to you to handle the sale of your current home and/or the purchase of a new home.

Nikki took on our project quickly. She was confident and efficient. She handled details that our being out of town, needed a watchful eye. She is experienced with many areas and buyer types so our sale went through as quickly as we wanted. Very grateful for her professionalism and help!

The Wilson family would like to thank Nikki Jutte at Remax for her hard work and dedication to her profession in listing and selling our deceased father's home here in Yuma. She was caring and compassionate in a difficult time. The house sold quickly, and Nikki walked us through every step of the process and any issues that arose. With the 3 of us as the sellers and all of us not living in Yuma, Nikki made sure we were all aware of the process. Thanks again Nikki, you are the best. Glen, Bruce & Sandra
