What an AMAZING Realtor!! The housing market has been so difficult and without Don Church there’s no doubt we would still be lost and looking for our forever home! Don is not pushy in any way at all and the most patient person ever. We moved into a rental house and about 6 month’s after our rental started we started working with Don to find a home! We were in the most difficult market with houses selling often in one day or by a weekend on the market with more than 40 people bidding!! Don stayed so close to every newly listed home and he found the perfect house for us. We didn’t have to even get into a bidding war as the Sellers were anxious to move. They accepted our 1st offer and we closed in under 3 weeks on the most gorgeous house with the biggest kitchen and super sized island! I mean it when I say he’s very professional, savvy, and knows Jacksonville extremely well! I can’t say enough good about Don, please give him a call, you will not be disappointed with him!
