She personally went to prospective properties so we could do a virtual walk through. She finally found the perfect property for us! Waterfront with a slip and lift located a couple of miles from downtown AND the beaches! She helped us by working personally with local contractors to resolve the few issues that the inspection identified, and explained everything about the closing process in FL. Jill was responsive to my husband and I as soon as we asked for assistance finding our home in Florida. We are moving from out of state and wasn't very familiar with the area we were looking at. Jill was very knowledgeable about the area and only showed us homes/condo's that were what we were looking for. Don is the best!!!! He has a quiet, easy-going manner that sets you at ease during every aspect of the buying process. He helped calm my nerves on a few issues that arose and helped resolve them in a timely, thoughtful way. From the property search to closing day, he was professional yet humble and encouraging.
