Buying a house from another state can be stressful and overwhelming. Don made it easy for us and we can’t recommend him enough. Love Love Don! Not only did he help me find my first home in 2016 but also helped me sell my first home! I have recommended him to all my friends and family! He is so patient and nice and most importantly communicates very well! I just sold my house in the East coast while I am in the west coast so the time difference was a challenge but Don was more than willing to accommodate and work with my schedule. What an AMAZING Realtor!! The housing market has been so difficult and without Don Church there’s no doubt we would still be lost and looking for our forever home! Don is not pushy in any way at all and the most patient person ever. We moved into a rental house and about 6 month’s after our rental started we started working with Don to find a home! We were in the most difficult market with houses selling often in one day or by a weekend on the market with more than 40 people bidding!! Don stayed so close to every newly listed home and he found the perfect house for us. We didn’t have to even get into a bidding war as the Sellers were anxious to move. They accepted our 1st offer and we closed in under 3 weeks on the most gorgeous house with the biggest kitchen and super sized island!
