I'm very satisfied with Susan's knowledge of the market, approach to negotiating the deals, I have used her repeatedly as both a buyers agent and sellers agent and the only criticism is she is too busy!! I guess for a reason. This condo sale in particular was a year ago, I am pleased with the sale price, I received. I believe it was due to her superior ability to showcase my home, using professional photos, even retaking some I didn't like. She guided me through the process and kept me informed of it's status.
