Susan is incredibly knowledgeable about Delray Beach and the surrounding areas. She is funny, lively, informed, and discerning. We trusted Susan's judgment and felt at ease in our search with her. She guided and advised us perfectly. Anyone would be lucky to have Susan at their side during this complicated process. Thank you Susan for you advice and direction.

Susan is very professional. She knows her stuff. She is honest and works hard to sell your property. She tells you what she thinks you should list it for and gets it done. I have been deceived by other realtors in the past that tell you can get a lot more for your property. They waste your time and money! Susan is terrific and I would highly recommend her!!!

Karen was outstanding and we were lucky to find an experienced and knowledgable realtor like Karen Sneed. I interviewed 9 and got to a short list of 3. Why Karen? Strong business and listening skills. Talented team and great follow-up. Karen showed up prepared and researched property in surrounding communities and all comps. Karen has a great legal resource team and works a well-thought-out plan. Karen is skilled, experienced and dependable! Wish I had known her years ago!

Michael is outstanding. Because he was so vigilent I was able to get the type of house I most wanted, no compromises. We all know that finding a new house and selling an old house is stressful but the experience was much less stressful because Michael was available and communicative at every stop of the way. I really appreciated the daily phone calls from Michael and he was always quick to respond to my questions and concerns. I always deferred to his judgement when decisions needed to be made.

Mike Luzzi helped us find the perfect home for my mom, and for that we are most thankful. Mike has all the qualities of a great real estate agent. More importantly, however, he has the qualities of a great person. Michael Luzzi is punctual. As a matter of fact, he gets to the property of interest first to check it out before his clients arrive. Also, Mike has a great sense of humor which always puts his clients at ease. Mike Luzzi is very knowledgeable. He does his research on each property and tells you not only the pros but the cons of each property as well. Finally, Mike is very reliable. Never once did he fail to return a phone call or a text message. Due to the wonderful experience we had with Mike Luzzi, he is now looking for a home for our daughter and our future son-in-law. Michael Luzzi truly is a great real estate agent that I will always recommend.

During the eight long months it took from selection of the property thru to Closing, Michael displayed a high degree of professionalism and communicated with me every step of the way. Michael's knowledge of real estate is second to none, an extremely nice person who is easy to deal with and I would highly recommend him to anyone requiring a realtor they can trust.

Michael was a perfect fit for us from the outset. He understood what we wanted and how we wanted to go about finding it. He advocated for us and walked us through the process every step of the way. It took us a couple of tries to find someone who was focused on service and not their commission and we finally found it in Michael. We couldn't recommend someone more highly!
