She explained everything, even when I didn't know what to ask or if I didn't ask. She wanted me to have all the information so I would not feel lost when making such a big life decision. Michael, has many years experience as a realtor in the Florida market and knows the market so very well. He is very professional. He has so much patience and is such a pleasure and fun to work with. He absolutely does not pressure you. He actually will tell you that the apartment is priced too high and it is not worth it. He gives you a very honest opinion. We looked at so many places over the past 4 years and Micheal would actually go for us and FaceTime us since we were not located in Florida. He goes way out of his way to help you. You don’t find that in many people. He also does the research for you on the condo’s financials to see if there is enough reserves or any special assessments. We actually met the Luzzi team and they help each each other throughout our entire experience. Even after the closing, Michael still helps us find places to shop and eat. What a great person!!!!
