Her enthusiasm and quick response to EVERYTHING was far beyond my expectations. She handled a rental for me, found the tenant did all the background screening. I decided to sell that home. She listed it on a Friday, had on open house on that Saturday or Sunday (staged the home) and had multiple offers by that Monday. We closed in under 4 weeks, maybe less. Susan Sells!!!! I had a great experience selling my home with the Luzzi Team. Michael was very knowable on what was going on in my market. He gave me great advice on how to prepare my home, price my home and market it correctly. He was very easy to work with and definitely had my best interests in mind. The results were a contract in under 48 hours! He then provided support though the entire process to make the transaction seamless and helped me to find a new home. Thank you Michael!!

Susan sold us this house when we were living in Boston. She was able to negotiate with the owners even though there were many people interested during the open house. She kept us informed every step of the way. Her professionalism and marketing along with her knowledge of the housing market made the decision to only hire Susan to help us with further investments in the market. You can rest assure you will be very satisfied with having her as your representative in the real estate market.
