Jennifer Mock has represented my wife and on the purchase of two homes in the last eight months. The first was a new home for us needed on a tight deadline. Michelle is an awesome realtor. My house had previously been listed with 2 different realtors for over a year and a half without any success. Michelle sold my house within 1 and a half months of having the listing. She had more showings in the short time than both previous reatlors combined. Michelle keeps you abreast of everything, such as feedback from other realtors showing the property, weekly updates of progress with the on line viewings from other interested clients. She channels the house on the web across many counties in Florida as well as other states. She knows her business. Michelle is very PRODUCTIVE. Michelle Davis is someone we highly recommend using as your realtor. Michelle was a pleasure to work with and made sure the process went very smoothly. She also helped with our decision making when it came down to a choice between two houses. With us relocating from out of state her knowledge of the area was very much appreciated. She listened to what we were looking for and every house she showed us was exactly what we wanted with a few variances with each. With that being said she did not waste our time or hers on showing us houses that didn't fit our budget or wants and needs.
